システムにインストールするものはありません。Blacklightはクラウドの攻撃サーフェス管理ツールですので、プラグインやエージェントは必要ありません。ただし、インシデント対応時には、必要に応じてBlackpandaから提供するデータ収集等のソフトウェアを一時的に実行して頂く場合があります。
ir1.blackpanda.comにログオンしてサイバーインシデントを通報し、IR-1インシデントレスポンスサービスを起動してください。インシデントレスポンダーが、ベストな方法で迅速に行動し、ご連絡いたします。業務時間帯においては、多くの場合、インシデントの通報を受けてから1時間以内にご連絡の準備を開始いたします。
IR-1 クレジットは、サイバー有事の際、インシデントレスポンスにお使いいただけます。IR-1 クレジットを利用することで、弊社のインシデントレスポンスの専門家、デジタルフォレンジックやセキュリティのプロフェッショナルにアクセスできます(サイバーインシデントの条件を満たした事案のみに適用可能)。IR-1クレジットに含まれているものには、初動での止血や応急対応に必要な侵害範囲や影響に関する調査、所見と推奨事項に関するレポートがあります。IR-1 クレジットには、事業活動の復旧および広範囲にわたる修復の実施、網羅的なインシデントの影響や範囲、根本原因の把握を目的とした詳細な調査は含まれていません。
以下のものが含まれる場合、サイバーインシデントと定義されます：一般的なwebアプリケーションに対する攻撃、システムへの侵入、ビジネスメール詐欺、マルウェア、ランサムウェア。加えて、次の二つの基準を満たす必要があります。
1. 侵害発生の日付が、IR-1サブスクリプションの登録/更新以降であること。
2. 根本的な原因/インシデントの原因が、IR-1が起動された以前のインシデントと別であること (ただし、同一原因のインシデントであっても、過去にBlackpandaがインシデント対応を実施し、その際に推奨した改善方法が全て講じられている場合を除く)。
インシデントレスポンスの起動リクエストを受け取ると、分野を横断した弊社の地域のレスポンダーたちが準備を開始し、疑わしいインシデントの調査や対応の体制を直ちに開始します。このため、そのインシデントが調査で弊社サービスの条件を満たすかどうかに関わらず、IR-1クレジットは使用済みとなります。しかし、弊社のデジタルフォレンジックやインシデントレスポンス サービスをご利用になりたい場合には、特別価格(最大20%割引)で提供させていただきます。IR-1のサイバーセキュリティ e-リソースは引き続きご利用いただくことができます。
