Blackpanda maintains exceptionally high recruiting standards: our consultants all possess backgrounds in elite, international Special Operations units with multiple combat tours.  Currently our team is comprised of individuals who have served in Special Operations organization from the U.S., U.K., New Zealand, Canada and Philippines.  Additionally, Blackpanda consultants typically have graduated from some of the premier universities in the United States (Harvard, Stanford, West Point, Univ. of Pennsylvania, Georgetown, etc.) and all speak at least one or two additional languages. It is critical for Blackpanda to exclusively recruit individuals who are not only international security experts, but possess the refinement and business knowledge to interface with C-level executives from multibillion dollar conglomerates, who our consultants advise on a day-to-day basis.

Our recruiting, or “Selection” process, was developed from the various selection and interviewing processes Blackpanda team-members faced during their service in Special Operations units. The process is extremely difficult, with a minimum of five interviews and a comprehensive written case study presented to a board.  A unanimous endorsement from the “Selection Committee” is required for the candidate to be hired.  Although it is a significant investment of time for the company, it is absolutely critical that Blackpanda hires the best and brightest – our product is our people.
